A simple, yet lovely cocktail to help you get through the week. The Snowball does not take much to put together and it is best served as a dessert, or an after dinner refreshment.
Yield: 1 cocktail
Glassware: Champagne flute
2 oz (30 ml) Coco Lopez (sweetened coconut cream)
4 oz (60 ml) coconut milk beverage (from carton)
1/2 tsp (2 1/2 ml) lime juice, freshly squeezed
2 oz (30 ml) vanilla vodka
1. Add all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Cap the shaker and shake vigorously until well combined, about 20-30 seconds.
2. Pour content into a champagne flute and serve chilled.
